  1. Return Requirements
    We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
    In order to ensure the quality of the product, some products (such as cosmetics, skin care products, lingerie, custom products, etc.) are not supported for return once opened or used, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  2. How to apply for a return
    Step 1: Please submit a return request through the customer service page on our website or send an email to support@glossiier.store. Please provide the order number and the reason for the return.
    Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization within 24 hours. You will receive a return address and return label (if applicable).
    Step 3: Please return the item together with all accessories and packaging, and make sure the item is in new condition.
  3. Return shipping cost
    If your return is due to us sending the wrong item or the item is defective, we will bear the return shipping cost.
    If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like it, changed your mind, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm that the item is in good condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
    The refund will be refunded through the original payment method you used to pay. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be refunded to your credit card account.
    Please note that your bank or payment platform may take some time to process the refund, so the actual arrival time may vary.
  5. Exchanges
    We do not support direct exchanges at the moment. If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    If the item you received is damaged or defective in any way, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will provide you with a free return and exchange service and arrange for relevant matters.
    Please provide photos of the damaged item and order details so that we can process your return request more quickly.
  7. Inapplicable products
    The following products are not eligible for return:

Opened or used cosmetics, skin care products, perfumes, etc.;
Personal care products such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, etc.;
Customized products, gifts or special offers.
